Todd joined CDCU as the Director of Real Estate Development in August of 2018, and moved into the Chief Operating Officer role through the spring of 2023. Recently Todd was announced as the organization’s Chief Executive Officer.
As Director of Real Estate, he assisted the organization in expanding the spectrum of housing products and programs offered. Through acquisition, preservation and development of real properties, Todd utilized his extensive background in finance, operations, project management, and development to guide CDCU in its expansion of affordable housing. As the organization’s COO and now CEO, Todd coordinates the efforts of CDCU’s various teams to create a seamless process for our clients, and to foster meaningful and impactful partnerships and collaborations across the community.
Prior to joining CDCU, Todd worked at Salt Lake City Corporation for five years as the Capital Asset Development Manager. In this role he led a collaborative effort to develop the City’s capital assets, which included managing the capital improvement program, the disposition of city owned real estate and the financing of affordable housing citywide. Todd is a graduate of Babson College in Wellesley, Massachusetts where he received a Bachelor of Science in both Finance and American Studies. Away from work, Todd enjoys a balanced life with a love for the great outdoors, music and riding his bike.
