Rental counseling and resources

Are you a renter needing help finding affordable housing, accessing rental assistance, handling a landlord issue, preventing eviction, reporting unsafe housing or other day-to-day concerns? CDCU partnered with Salt Lake City to create the Tenant Resource Center which includes a City website with dedicated renter resources and Community Navigation specialists at CDCU to provide one-on-one support to help you with your needs. The program started with Salt Lake City, but we aim to support anyone who reaches out to CDCU. Please fill out the Community Resource Support request form below, and CDCU's Community Navigation specialists will do their best to assist you!

Rental assistance

At this time, CDCU does not have any funds for rental assistance. Please see our Other Resources tab to find organizations that may have assistance available.

Even though we don't have financial assistance for renters (besides the RAFT funds listed below), our Housing Counselors can still provide valuable guidance through free one-on-one rental counseling. Please fill out the following Community Resource Support Request form to find out more about rental counseling. You can also call 801-893-3779 or visit with a Navigator at 501 East 1700 South, SLC, UT 84105.
