Financial Fitness

One-third of first-time home buyers underestimate their total household debt, which leads to uninformed decision-making on “how much house” they can realistically afford. Our Financial Fitness classes focus on building your financial foundation to help make successful homeownership a reality.

Do you know how your debt is affecting your credit score and ability to purchase a home? Have you set financial goals? Are you aware of how your spending habits are helping or preventing you from reaching your goals?

Learn how to develop a spending plan that will help you pay bills on time, build your savings, and reduce debt in the Budgeting class. The Credit class will help you understand how to establish or improve credit, and manage debt.

Financial Fitness can help you take a proactive approach to managing your money and planning for the future; it will provide the knowledge, motivation, and resources you need as you prepare for successful homeownership.
